Overflow Operations provides full spectrum operations support through Online Business Management services, Virtual Assistant Services, and packages with both.
The difference when you work with us is that everything we do is overseen by an OBM, not just when you are on an OBM retainer. When you with with any of our team, your main point of communication will be our OBM, Kiah, for ease and she will be managing the work that needs to get done (aka saving you from reviewing and asking for revisions yourself). Everything will be reviewed by an OBM before it is handed off to you.

hey, I'm Kiah!
I first stepped into the online space as a holistic nutritionist, but it didn’t take long for me to realize that the backend of my business was where I truly thrived. That passion led me to pivot into virtual assistant work, then into online business management and I haven’t looked back since.
Over the years, I’ve grown my business almost entirely through word of mouth, referrals, and exceptional client retention. I’m proud to work with long term clients who trust me to support and scale their businesses behind the scenes.
